Broken linkage - need replacement

Question

Hi, this window will not fully close without someone pushing the window on the outside. There is a small piece of the linage broken, it looks like it is supposed to snap on to a small head but it is worn away and won't stay clipped on.

The linkage says "interlock p1090;" this only brings up Australian results on a web search.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I do see the damage you are describing. The pin on the end of the gear arm from the window operator appears to be damaged. It almost looks like it was rubbing up against the window frame or the bracket may have broken it off. You'll need to examine the window to determine what was caused this to happen.

That being said, your operator can be replaced with the 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator. We do not sell the compatible link arm or the detach clip that attaches it to the gear arm on the operator. You will need to reuse the arm, if possibly. Unfortunately, I am not sure they are available any longer.
