Broken lock

Question

when I try to lock the door the locking mechanism gets stuck and wont lock when trying to press down to the lcoked position.

Patent number for the Lock that I have is Patent No.: US 8,827,324 B2.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the mortise lock shown in your photos. We do offer the 82-030 handle set, which resembles yours, but I can't guarantee it would be compatible with your mortise lock. We'll include the specifications from our product page below.
