Broken lock

Take a look at our 82-107 Thumb Lever. Look it over and see if you think this matches what you had. Keep in mind you might want to make sure that the door's mortise lock itself isn't broken. To test this, remove the handle set and attempt manually 'flipping' the mortise lock with a flathead screwdriver. If the mortise lock doesn't flip; i.e. if the lock doesn't engage, then you need to replace it as well. We can help you do this, we just need to see the mortise lock.
