Thanks for reaching out! Your door handle appears to have a centered latch lever. If I am correct, the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle can work to replace it. If you are looking for a keyed lock, I suggest taking a look at the 82-030A; although, you should be sure to double check the position of the thumb lever.

The mortise lock, which is sold separately from the set, can be replaced with the 82-226 Mortise Lock.

Take a look over each of their dimensions to confirm that these are what you need for your repairs.
