Broken lock on Empire Pacific window

A home owner from Portland, OR says:
I need to replace a broken lock on an Empire Pacific (Oregon company) window. This lock mates with a flush mounted keeper as shown in the photo. The window label lists the model as H-LC30/H-LC40 (Modif), the window was installed in 2007, I believe that Empire Pacific is now owed by Cascade Windows from Spokane Washington.
thank you, nathan

Take a look at our 90-274 and 90-278 lock sets and see if either of these match up to yours. Make sure to compare all our dimensions to your own hardware. Empire Pacific hasn't made windows in some time, and their face mount keeper is a bit unusual. Take a look at the 90-301 and see if you could adapt this to your window.
