Broken locking handle

Please let me know you have the replacement for this broken lock/handle for our patio sliding door. Thanks

Hello,
Your handle set appears to use a clamp-style latch similar to the 82-009A. Note that the installation holes measure 4-15/16" as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
