Broken mechanisms

Question

I have two casement windows with partially functional cranks however they are bent and need replacement. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I was not able to locate any identification numbers.

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you need a new operator. Could you please upload a photo of your entire operator? I'd need to see the gears and arms specifically.
