Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I need to identify a metal piece that snapped. This piece holds the window when raised. This piece extends from the frame and screw in underneath the window like a long arm and holds the window when raised. This piece broken, right where it meets the 1st screw under the window. Can anyone tell me what this piece or mechanism is called and if it can be replaced or do I have to get a whole new
Window??? Thank you so much!!!

Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. The metal piece you're referring to is called a pivot bar. We can help identify yours, but we'll need to see it removed from your sash, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
Thank you!
