Broken operators

Question

I have multiple operators broken they are Entry Guard  30472s The lengths are different from those shown. Mine are 9" and 4" everything else is identical to what you sell. Do you have this size available?

Thanks for writing in. Could you double-check your dimensions? Keep in mind that the 10-3/4" length of the straight arm that we list for the 39-031 and 39-032 is from the center mounting hole of the base plate to very end of the arm; similarly, the 4-7/16" we list for the length of the link arm on the split-arm is the length of the link arm from end to end, not from center hole to center hole. See the picture below. Let us know if these exact measurements indeed match.
