Hello! This looks like an old rod-type balance. These aren't made anymore, but one of our modern channel balances should work well as an alternative.

The only question now is which one to go with. I'm afraid your existing balance is too damaged for me to narrow down the list of possible options. Would you have an undamaged version I can look at? I specifically need to see the top end and bottom end. I also need you to confirm the diameter of the spring itself.
