Unfortunately, the spline that attaches the handle to the base is not able to be replaced or repaired. We can still help but the entire assembly would need to be replaced. Your operator resembles either the Caradco or EntryGard replacements we've related on this page for you to review. The determining factor would be the length of the shorter link arm. Both operator pairs are used with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thanks for posting.

We can't make out exact dimensions from photos but it looks like you may have the same 4-7/16" link arm length as the EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032. Double-check to ensure that is the case and you should be good to go.
