Broken part

Question

The last 2 pictures are of the part that is broken. I haven't been able to find that part anywhere & the broken part actually inserts into a plastic housing, as seen in a previous picture. If I can't replace the broken part, is there a replacement part to hold the spiral balance & the sash povot bar all in one? Previously it was 2 or actually 4 separate pieces.

Hey, Mike. It's hard to say what you have based on these images. The best way to determine what replacement you need is to fully remove the part from the window and carefully measure it. That said, check out our 26-226 for the pivot bar and 15-188 for the pivot shoe. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.
