I need to replace the broken part to make the window function. Window was installed in 2013.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Series 220 appears to match what you have. We don't presently have this assembly with the strength calibration that you need but we'd be happy to bring it in. Please allow us a few weeks to have them made up. We will reach out as soon as we have more information available!

Thank you! Please order the parts I need. At this point the problem is only on one side on one window, I would like to order 4 units so I have for future use.
