Thank you for reaching out to us. We might be able to help with this but we'll need more information. Can you show us a full view of the operator cover? Seeing an undamaged cover, if you have one, would be a huge help as well.

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a handle that's compatible with this cover. The best option in our inventory appears to be the 39-375 but I don't know if this will work for you since it's different. Could you remove the cover and show me the base of the operator? That should help give me a better idea of whether this may work for you or not.
Thank you kindly for the additional photos. Unfortunately, the covers we sell aren't compatible with the kind of operator base shown here. I'm not sure who might have the hardware you're looking for other than the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we couldn't be of more help but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
