Hello, please let me know what parts are needed and how many. I want to replace both sides with new parts. How to remove the left side? Any video you can share how to remove and install?thank you.

The nylon piece you have here is the 15-102 Double Side Load Carrier. I'm confident this should be a match but be sure to review and compare the dimensions below.
The compatible coil spring is the Series 145 Coil Balance. To determine the correct coils for the assemblies, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the existing coils.

Yes, the 15-102 dimensions matched. The spring has a no. 5 stamp on it. please let me know how I can purchase this part.

You'll need the S145-5 to replace the 5lb coil. The parts can be purchased on the website using the links provided in my response on below the thread.
