Broken part inside of window.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The blue plastic piece at the bottom of your window is a channel balance shoe. Since this has become detached, the entire balance will need to be replaced. That said, I'll need to see the both the metal channel and the shoe removed from the window to identify your replacements.

In addition to the shoe and the metal channel, I'll also need to see any other attachments that could be on the top of the channel and I'll need to know the stamp on the back of the channel.
