The part you are showing in the photo is a pivot shoe. It seems the metal cam in the middle is the issue. Start with our 15-105. This may be what you are looking for. I can not be sure if this will work as the part is still installed in the window. I would recommend removing the pivot shoe from the window to confirm this part could work in its place.
