Broken parts

Hi there,
You guys have been rock stars figuring out the parts on all these different Anderson replacement windows in this house we bought last year (and we have no idea when they were installed by previous owners).
These locking mechanisms on this window have the part that extends and fits into the side channel broken off, which means the bottom portion will fall forward when the window is unlocked.
I measured and they are 3" long.
Any idea?
Thanks so much for your time and help!

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? At first sight, the style resembles the 26-120 and 26-121 tilt latches. Please review below and let me know how they compare!

Measurements of 26-121

Hi Lauren, thanks so much for responding!

It appears that matches the ones I have on this window. Since the triangular stop is broken on mine seems like these would work.

In a follow up for a different issue I'm adding several pictures of the windows in the kitchen which are awning windows (def Anderson) and wondering if you have white (or silver) hardware that would replace the lock and crank on these windows? The windows measure roughly 20" wide x 36" tall. The crank is 4 1/2" wide and the lock is 2 1/2" approx.

Also, are there replacement screens available with white or silver frames?

Thanks so much for your help!
Mark

Hi Mark,

I cannot fully confirmed while installed, but I believe you have the 38-056 and 38-057 lock. Compare the dimensions to see how it matches up. These locks are compatible with the 38-135 keeper if needed.

For the crank, do you need a full new operator or only looking to replace the cover to white? Is your original cover removeable? Could we see the window open where we can see the arms. I believe you may be able to use the 39-154 cover and 39-286. Take a look!

Unfortunately we are not able to provide new screens, only hardware

Hi Lauren,
I'm attaching pictures of the kitchen window crank opened. The only numbers I think I can see are 119. It seems like the crank is a cover but without actually trying to take it off I can't tell.
The other picture is a bathroom window, has a different arm and I would like to replace that set with white too?
Thanks for your help.
Do you have a recommendation for someplace to find replacement screens?

Hi Mark,

Please start by reviewing the 39-146 and 39-147 operators.

For the straight arm, review the 39-150 and 39-151 or the 39-094 and 39-095 depending on the length of the arm.

All these operators come with a stone colored cover. You would need to purchase the 39-154 separately for white.

If your operators are still in working order, I would see if you can remove the cover to see if you could replace with just the 39-154 along with the 39-286 in white.

Let me know what you think!

Unfortunately we do not have a direct source for screens, you may want to reach out to Andersen directly or check with a local hardware store.
