Broken parts

Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like you need a new tilt latch and pivot bar. We may be able to help with the pivot bar, but the tilt latch is unfortunately not something we can supply.

Let's start with that to get it out of the way. This is an older internal style latch, so while we can't offer you an exact match it does mean you may be able to use one of our surface-mount styles as a substitute. It just takes a little handiwork. I'll share a video at the end of my response that will walk you through all the steps necessary. You can also see our full selection of surface mount latches here.

For the pivot bar, its condition is unfortunately too corroded for me to identify. Do you have one that's in better condition? If so, we'll need you to remove it and show me a photo of it without obstruction. I can then check our inventory for a match. I'm very confident that we have something that can work for you, but we need a better reference to go off of.
