Broken parts for Kinco windows

Question

I have all Kinco windows in my house and most are "sprung". That is the plastic piece that holds the spring in the sash frame is broken and the spring has flown to the top of each track. I can't figure the size of top slash. I'm showing the balance code is 29 4 NH BSI. Also I'm showing a little crack on the bottom so I'd like to replace that, too

Thanks for posting, George. For your top sash guide, please take a look a tour 18-166 Kinco Top Sash Guide. Do you think this might work for you? Be sure to match its dimensions to your own hardware.

As for your bottom shoe, were you looking to replace the whole balance or just that specific attachment? In either case, please take a look at the following chart and identify your shoe from the examples shown. The key measurement here is the "width;" in the case of your winged shoe, either 1" or 1-3/32". Keep in mind that while the difference between these two shoes seems insignificant, it is vital to the operation of your window. Please let me know!
