Broken parts in Anlin Catalina Sash

A quick learner from Los Angeles says:
I have an Anlin Catalina single hung window. The parts that are broken are metal pieces that are inserted into the sash and connect to the coil balance. There are two of these in the sash (one on each side) and both are broken.
