The only way to know if there's a replacement for this sash lever is to take an undamaged version and compare the length of the prongs on its underside, as well as the distance between those prongs, to our selection here. If none match, you may not have any direct replacement options, and should consider converting to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below.
