I believe this is an Anderson awning window. Can you determine what this part is and do you have it in stock?

Unforutnately, I don't believe that we carry an exact match for the damaged part shown in your photo. The 36-081 torque bar comes to mind but I can't guarantee it would work for your application. Review the specifications below and see what you think.
