Broken piece for window - Pivot Shoe? Balance?

There's a window at one of our rental properties that does not have any markings that I can locate aside from the photo attached. It is a double hung, 30" x 52"

The handyman referred to the piece as a Balance, I see another post from someone calling it a pivot shoe. Its the silver piece on the inside of the window in the photo. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The part in your first image is a pivot shoe. The balance itself is the metal channel with the pulley cord attachment that connects to the pivot shoe.

If you are only in need of a new pivot shoe, please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-188 or 15-178. The original will need to be removed for accurate dimensions.

If the balance needs replacing as well, we will need to see how it installs at the top as well as the number/letter stamped on the metal channel. Thank you!
