Broken pieces

I'm looking for some help on identifying and possibly purchasing some broken pieces on my window. I think they are called spiral balance shoes.

Hi Mike,

I can't say for sure with your pivot shoe still installed but this looks like a shoe we carried at one point that has been discontinued and is no longer available. The good news is, the manufacturer recommended our 15-118 as a possible replacement. Take a look and see how the width and thickness compare to yours once it's uninstalled. Thank you!
