I am the delivery manager at Cardis Furniture and we have a customer who has Certainteed brand windows that are over 10 years old. During a hoist of furniture, the windows were removed to accommodate the delivery. As a result, a clip was broken on our customer's window, making it impossible for her to open it.
We strive to make any home repairs as seamless for the customer as possible, so in this situation I need to provide a contractor with this clip and send him to the customer. Please feel free to give me a call or send an email so we can get this all taken care of for our customer.
Thank you,
Heather

Thank you for posting, Heather. Before we can offer any applicable substitutes, can you please give us the dimensions of this pin? That will help us narrow down the search.
In the meantime, please take a look at our 26-353. It appears to be very similar to your own hardware, with the exception of the centered-tab. I do not know if it will work for you or not, but it will at least give you a point of reference. |
