Broken pivot bar

Home Owner from Fayetteville NC
The window was being cleaned and jumped off track. In attempting to put the window back on track I ended up breaking one of the pivot bars. I have added the photo of the broken bar and the tag in the window frame identifying my window.

It's tough to make out your pivot bar without seeing an undamaged version, but it might be an old Simonton brand part. See our 26-336 to start out to see if that can work for you. If not, or if you aren't sure, please show me an undamaged version of this part so that I can find something better.

I am not able to provide a picture of the undamaged pivot bar because I am concerned about not be able to get the window sash back in. I have sent 2 more pictures showing the front of the pivot bar. There is a difference in the front of the bar from the one you recommended. Thanks for your help

Thanks for getting back to us. I am more confident now that you have the old Simonton pivot bar. I understand that there is a difference in the shape of the tip, but it should be fine. The manufacturer of your part, Simonton, specifically designed the 26-336 to replace it. As far as I know, this is the only substitute available on the market.
