Broken pivot bar
I'm afraid I'm not immediately familiar with this pivot bar style. I'm confident that we will have something to replace it, but before I make a suggestion I'd like to see a photo of the pivot shoe that this part interacts with.
I'd also like you to measure the distance of each hole from the front tip of the pivot bar. Please write your measurements out in your response to me, and make sure that you only measure from the center of the hole, not the edge.
Thank you! This photo is a huge help, though I think you might have provided the wrong dimensions. To clarify, the proper way to measure these is from the center of the hole to the front tip of the pivot bar; that is, the tip that goes into the shoe. That's the reference point for both holes.
That said, I think our 26-405 might be our best option. This is fully compatible with the style of pivot shoe you have and its holes look like they might share the same positions. Look it over and see what you think.
