Broken pivot bar

I'm trying to find a replacement for this pivot bar, but I'm not having much luck. Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction.

Hey, Nick. I think you should consider our 26-407. It doesn't have the tee, but that shouldn't be a problem. I believe it still works in the same shoe.
