Broken pivot bar and broken coil balance shoe

I need a pivot bar that's 2 1/2" w 2 slots and a coil balance w shoe. The bar broke and the coil snapped in half. Can u tell me which pivot bar and coil balance w shoe that I need?thx

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111, whcih is used with the S160 coil springs. You would need to remove your coils from the window to confirm that the specifications match up to yours and to determine the strength code stamped on the base of the coils.
