Broken pivot lock balance shoe

Question

Shoes are broken, block and tackle balance in good repair.
Balance housing is 9/16" X 9/16". Casement channel is 5/8" deep, 1 1/4" wide with a 5/8" gap at the surface.
What shoe do I need?

Hello! If all you needed was the shoe, then my recommendation is the 15-195B with an open cam. Look it over and see what you think!
