Thanks for writing in! Given the the issue you are having the window, there is a strong likelihood that you'll need to replace the balances in addition to replacing the shoe. To identify the correct replacement balance, I'll need to know the length of the metal channel as well as the stamp from the metal.

Your pivot shoe reminds me of our 15-188 . Although, to confirm that this is the right replacement, you will need to remove it from the window and compare the dimensions.
