Broken pivot lock shoe or tilt carrier.

Question

While trying to put double hung window back.  The mechanism where you insert the window broke in half.  The picture is the other one on the opposite side that is not broken.  I need a replacement ASAP.

Hi there, I think you'll be able to replace your broken pivot shoe with our 15-208. Just look over the dimensions to be sure it's a match. Let us know what you think!
