Broken pivot on double hung window

Question

The pivot I have is not pictured in your gallery of pivots. It is L-shaped with 2 screws above the L bend. It is for the upper sash of the double hung.window. I was unable to locate a brand name or part numbers for the window on the panes or anywhere else.

Our closest match would be the 26-402 side-mounted pivot but you might need to drill new holes for installation. Your pivot shoe would be our 15-135 as long as the width and thickness match up to yours. Thank you!
