Broken pivot shoe?

Question

I have a window that will not stay in the up position the metal spring that helps support the window is no longer attached to the show. There is a screw that screws into a piece of plastic that holds that spring in place and the screw and plastic wedge has broken off. Do you have a replacement. I attached two photos, the left side shows the screw and the right side is the broken one.

Thanks for posting. We can replace this pivot shoe, yes. Can you just tell me its thickness? Please be as precise as possible.

Our replacement won't come with a screw, but the screw isn't really necessary. What's more important is that little wedge that broke off. Once we know your thickness, we can recommend a match.
