Hi there!

It's hard to say while your hardware is still installed, but take a look at our 15-175 which is used with our Series 152 coil springs. Look over our dimensions and compare them to your original hardware to see how they match up. Take a look at the video below on how to remove pivot shoes from your window and let me know if this helps.
