Broken pivots on tilt double hung windows

Question

I would like to identify and order 6 pair of left and right pivots which have all snapped at the same hole. I do not see them at your site and have no part numbers or even manufacturer. I have attached a couple of photos. The dimensions appear to me to be 3 in long by either 9/32 or 5/16 wide and 3/16 thick. the holes appear to be 3/16 in diameter.

Thanks for posting. Did you see our 26-241? I think this looks pretty similar. Carefully compare the dimensions we show to your own hardware and see if you agree.

The 26-241 does not come in either left or right, as it can work for either side interchangeably.
