Broken plastic

I see this issue a lot. I'm afraid that once that black collar breaks, you'll need to replace the operator entirely. You could theoretically reintall your handle by padding it out with scotch tape, or even gluing it in, but these are obviously temporary solutions and will only give the operator a little more life.

If you were interested in replacing the operator entirely, please show me a photo of the whole part removed from the window. That will allow us to identify the best match. Thank you!
