Need plastic piece attached to window that operates with S385-30 : 30" Series 385 Channel Balance.

This is called a Top Sash Guide. I am certain we can help, but there are a number of these guides that work with the Series 385, so I need to see an undamaged one to ID what you need. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. At first glance this looks like either our 18-009 or 18-166. Compare the dimensions to see if one of these Top Sash Guides matches what you need.
