Broken plastic clip

Plastic clip that spring open expands and contracts so window will stay in place when open. Clips are breaking

I'm afraid we don't sell replacements for those plastic caps. If they're broken, you'll need an all new balance. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need you to remove the entire balance and show us the bottom attachment. After that, we should be able to point you in the right direction.
