I'm looking for this part the you switch the lever and you can tilt out the windows...tilt release. HELP! Thank you!

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have a match for this surface lever. It can be difficult finding replacements for these older style tilt latches. You might be better off seeing if you can convert to a different surface mount type, our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below for details.
