Hello, the plastic part that moves along the arm to open or close with the crank has broken on our 70's window. Is just that part replaceable? If not, do I just need a whole new arm? Thank you for your help!

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to look into this, but we'll need more information. Can you upload photos of the plastic part in question?

Thank you! Yes, it is the rectangle dark brown plastic piece, pictured here on another window.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm not sure if the operator fitting you're showing is available separately. The 39-281 Andersen Operator shoe comes to mind. If you could show us the rest of the operator, including the base and handle, that would help us confirm which replacement options are available.
