Need top plastic part #. Does it come with rivet?

Your top plastic attachment resembles our 19-002. Look it over and see how it compares. It doesn't come with a rivet, but you can use our 62-005 to install it. See the video below for instructions how.
Also keep in mind that when these nylon caps start to break, it could be a sign that the entire balance needs to be replaced. There is a chance that once you replace the 19-002, it will only break again not long from now.
