Broken plastic tabs that hold screen into bay window

Several of the plastic tabs that hold the screen into the window frame have broken. I can't find a window or screen manufacturer name, but the screen has the number D-X71645 on the warning label. Thank you!

Hey there!
Our 70-222 screen clip comes to mind. It isn't exact but it may be worth considering. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with your old part.

On the beige window did you ever find out the manufacturer? I have the same windows and cannot for the life of me find out WHO the manufacturer is. Unable to ask the two-steps-back homeowner who did the install. I have asked a number of companies in the area and nationally who might know.
