Broken rear drawer guide

Question

This plastic part is 2 inches wide and 7/16" deep for the cut-out. The top of the cut-out is 1 inch and bottom of the cut out is 1 1/4 inches It measures 1 1/2 inch to to bottom of the part on back of drawer.

We did carry this drawer guide some years ago, but it has been discontinued for a while now, unfortunately. I'm afraid I don't know who still may have this anymore. I apologize for the inconvenience.
