Broken rivet screw and rope

A home owner from Naples , Fl. says:

I have one that is operable and the other one is broken. I would like to make sure I am ordering the right part. Any help would be appreciated. It is printed with 2930 But I am not sure if I need a 5/8 inch or half inch guide. Thank you for your help

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

If you need new top sash guides as well, we'll need to see yours removed from the window, along with dimensions.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
