Broken roller?

I believe you call it a roller? But I have one that is completely broken in half that goes in the left side of the window and the window has a port that fits in the metal circle and that's the part thAt Allows the window to move up and down...I also submitted a picture of the label that says who makes the window and the different numbers you might need

This is the metal cam of a pivot shoe, which is the nylon block from which the window sash tilts from. This pivot shoe looks like our 15-192. Let me know if you have further questions.
