The glide is 16 inches long and the roller is about 7/8 of an inch.
It says GRANT 338 on it.

Hello,
I'm afraid that we don't have a track replacement for the Grant 338 but we do have a quick fix that you may want to consider. Take a look at the 10-109 roller with a 33-087 screw to replace the old wheel. I would recommend drilling out the old wheel axle and screw on the 10-109 wheel. Thanks for posting.
