One of the wheels gets jammed. The only marking is a V as seen in the photos.

This roller appears to be a match for our 81-030. I believe this is the part you need, but make sure to check all dimensions before placing an order. Please understand that we cannot garner precise measurements from a photo of a tape measure, so final determination on size comparison must be yours.

This is very nearly a match. All the dimensions are correct aside from the wheel diameter. Do you have the same item but with wheels that are 1 and 1/8" diameter? Would it still work even if I used this item with a larger diameter wheel? If so should I replace both components on the door so it matches?

As a matter of fact, we do! Please see our 81-138B. This is identical to the 81-030 but with a smaller wheel.
