Broken roller on the right track of vertically sliding window

Home Owner from Naperville, illinois, 60565

My Windows "Duraseal" brand which is a Canadian

Manufacturer. Below is the part number I could capture from inside the insulated double glass space.

Part # L2 110716

Do you have spare parts for this window make/model, especially the "roller"?

Hello, Ali. Vertical windows don't use rollers. Can you clarify what it is you're looking for, exactly? If you're referring to the coil balance assembly, is it possible to see it removed from the window? I cannot make out what you have in these images.

Tom,

I took two new pictures to show you the broken piece mounted in the window track. There is a small plastic enclosure at the bottom corner of the window track which contains thin flat copper like metal rolled inside it. It seems that flat copper inside the enclosure got broken, image with extension 180457 shows the break point and the enclosure itself. Other picture, shows the left over flat copper hanging stuck in the track, like rolled up. See image with 180443. I hope new pictures and my explanation helps you comprehend the issue. Since I am not an expert, I hope you can help me identify the name of the broken part. Also, please let me know if you carry spare parts for this Window brand or not.

Thank you.

Thanks for clarifying! The part you're showing me here is the coil balance assembly. These are spring-loaded cartridges that regulate your window's operation and ensure that the sash remains open when raised.

We sell a ton of different styles, though, and your balance here is too obscured to make out. In order to narrow down the list of possibilities I will need you to remove the assembly from the window in its entirety and show me some photos of it by itself.

I will share a few videos below that will give you a better idea of how these balances work and how you may remove them.
